Yes. Square is one of Wix's built-in card providers, connected from Accept Payments in the site dashboard by signing in to a Square account, and Wix documents the connection; it is offered only in a short list of countries and it takes the site's single card-processing slot.1

Square Sandbox credentials cannot be used: Wix rejects test or temporary credentials, so connecting needs a live Square account whose currency matches the site currency. To walk the checkout without a real charge, preview it in the editor, which stops at order placement, or turn on Wix's manual payment method before placing a test order. Any real order is charged, with fees, and the refund is made in Square. Check that the order appears in both the Wix dashboard and Square, that the currency matches, and that you are above Square's $0.49 minimum ($1 for Cash App Pay).1

Wix's Square article includes Ireland. Wix's own country-by-country provider list leaves Ireland out and shows the Falkland Islands. Square's App Marketplace page for Wix goes further and adds Spain as well as Ireland. For a merchant in Ireland or Spain, the list that counts is what the Accept Payments dashboard offers for the site's business location. Check that before planning around Square.

Wix requires the site currency to match the Square account currency, and says a mismatch makes transactions fail. A Square account runs in one currency, so a Wix site selling in several currencies cannot route them all through one Square connection. Square also enforces a $0.49 minimum charge on Wix and a $1 minimum for Cash App Pay, and Cash App Pay works only when both the seller and the buyer are in the US.

Wix rejects test or temporary credentials from payment providers, so you cannot connect a Square Sandbox application to a staging site. To test end to end you need a live Square account. Either enable Wix's manual payment method while you walk the checkout, or accept that a test order is really charged, with fees, and refund it from Square, where Wix sends refunds and payouts.

A Wix site can have only one card-processing provider, so connecting Square means dropping Stripe or Wix Payments for cards. The payment connection does not sync products or stock.
